Jacques Mindreau will be returning to the Inverness County Center for the Arts with his band OQO. Completing the trio is Ian Griffiths and Keith Rodger.
The band writes original, cinematic, operatic folklore for Accordion, Violin, Voice, Contrabass and the occasional Synthesizer. These unique sounds like a ménage-a-six between Yann Tiersen, Sigur Rós, Beirut, Gogol Bordello, Cinematic Orchestra and Phillip Glass.
Deanie Cox and David Lougheed will also be doing an opening act with original folk music.
Tickets are $20 or $10 for students. Doors open at 8, showtime 8:30
