Artist-in-residence Julia Caston will show art trophies, a project in which she has made local self-proclaimed artists a trophy signifying that they win at art, the only condition having been that they buy her an espresso beverage and talk to her for 20 minutes. The trophy-sculptures will be made from a variety of materials and will reflect the conversations that inspired their creation. Please come view the trophies and chat with the artist.
At 5:00 p.m., there will be an award ceremony. Trophy recipients will be formally awarded their trophies along with a certificate. Join us for a fun evening of art and conversation!
