Trio Bembe: A Latin Jazz Trio

Trio Bembe – a Latin Jazz Trio – will be coming to the Inverness County Centre for the Arts on Monday, August 8.

Trio Bembe creates infectious, danceable music. Their upbeat live performance celebrates rhythm from around the world, combining a passion for Cuba, Brazil, and Chile. The Trio is returning to Cape Breton for the Cape Breton Jazz and World Music Festival which runs from August 5-13.

Amber Epp, Victor Lopez, and Rodrigo Munoz form this Latin World Music trio. Having chased their passion to Cuba, Brazil, and Chile, their mastery of Latin Music drives people into feeling the rhythms. Audiences can expect to hear music from Cuba, Chile, Spain, Columbia, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Peru. The music of Trio Bembe is overflowing with rhythmic energy and is sure to inspire dancing.

Doors open at 7:00 pm. The event begins at 7:30 pm continuing until 10:00.  The bar will be open – various wines, beer, and spirits are available.
