Tai’ Gong combines techniques and practices from Tai’ Chi and Qi Gong.
Tai’ Chi is an ancient Chinese meditative exercise form that improves well-being, mental and emotional focus, calmness, balance, and aids in reducing the stress of daily life through its harmonious and slow movements.
This exercise form is suitable for all ages and is recommended by physical therapists and doctors, especially to promote calmness and balance.
The lessons will include breathing techniques from a complementary Chinese form Qi Gong that aids in the Tai ‘Chi practice.
Zack Glass, the instructor, has been practicing the Wu Dong Yang Style for 20 years in New York City with his teacher, Chinese master Sat Hon and continues under his guidance.
