Tai’ Gong combines techniques and practices from Tai’ Chi and Qigong as well as the Healing Sounds.These exercises present a meditative form of exercise that aids in stress reduction,improves well -being ,focus and promotes calmness and balance.
Zack Glass has being studying Martial Arts since the age of 10 and has been studying and practicing Tai’Chi and Qigong for more than 20 yrs. He currently teaches group and private classes in New York City.
