Moving with Mocean – Dance Workshop

Engage your body-mind connection with a movement workshop with Mocean Dance (Halifax). Designed for inclusivity and incorporating all fitness levels, this workshop will awaken your breath connection, mobilize your joints, and bring a little extra movement excitement to your day.
