The beach and Cabot golf courses in Inverness are the subject James MacLellan’s vibrant and stunning photographs on view in the hallway gallery.
James MacLellan grew up on the Deepdale Road just outside Inverness. At an early age, he learned from his parents John and Christena, to appreciate the beauty of Cape Breton island and everything it has to offer. In 2014 he picked up a used canon T3i camera and has not looked back. He has a keen interest in both golf course and beach photography. His interest in golf dates back to the days when he would hitch-hike to the golf course in Margaree Forks and play a round for $3. He presently lives in Sydney where he has been a school teacher for over 30 years. His career has allowed him to spend his summers in Inverness with his wife Alice and their 5 children.
