INTRODUCTORY CERAMICS
WORKSHOP: MUGS & CUPS WITH KELSEY WATSON
This series of small ceramic handbuilding projects gives students an intro to building, decorating and glazing a variety of functional wares. In ‘MUGS AND CUPS’ students will hand build a variety of cup forms to take home for everyday use.

Kelsey Watson is a local artist living and working in Inverness, Cape Breton. She earned her BFA at NSCAD University in 2013 where she studied drawing sculpture, installation and ceramics. In her current work Kelsey is focusing on functional ceramic wares inspired by living in rural Cape Breton- the landscapes, colours, ocean and way of life.
